Happy 100th birthday to this fashionista, my grandmother-in-law, Beatrice Sweeney. Bea was born on June 17, 1915–the same year Billie Holiday and Frank Sinatra were born. Woodrow Wilson was president and WWI was just beginning. Bea has lived her whole life in Saratoga Springs, where she served for years as the city historian.
