VMFA Kids
Some of my favorite videos I’ve made for VMFA are the ones we’ve done for kids. Here are a few highlights, plus the VMFA Kids playlist on Youtube:

3rd in Series
Here’s the next installment in my video series showing my twin nieces, now 14 months! To watch all three click here.
Commitment
It’s always a pleasure to make videos with the passionate people at Sabot at Stony Point school:
100th Birthday
Happy 100th birthday to this fashionista, my grandmother-in-law, Beatrice Sweeney. Bea was born on June 17, 1915–the same year Billie Holiday and Frank Sinatra were born. Woodrow Wilson was president and WWI was just beginning.

Nieces
A few weeks ago I visited my twin nieces in Boston. We were trapped inside during the snow storm, so I got a lot of footage! This is a sequel to the video I made when they were 1-month old:
celebrating winter
Here is another fun video I produced for Sabot at Stony Point school:
Real People
I know that my friends, the Whorleys, look like models assembled to act like a family for a magazine shoot. But they are real. They really do look and love this beautifully.
Community
Here is the fourth in a series of four videos I’ve filmed and produced for Sabot at Stony Point, an independent school for students in preschool through eighth grade. (See other Sabot videos here.)
It’s been a real honor and pleasure documenting the classrooms and the community at Sabot. I’ve been reminded how each person comes to the learning in his or her own way, how everyone has distinct talents and strengths, and how much we can accomplish if we work together. From this, I feel especially inspired to explore and experiment with new ways of filming and editing and to collaborate more with other people.
Thank you, Sabot, for embracing me into your community!
First Fall
Fall is a reminder of the joy of color, the joy of falling down, the joy even of getting hurt and getting back up on our feet ready to try again.
